50 years of CES, my 5th consecutive year, lots of cool stuff, but no stand outs, this year was a year of transition – a bit like the world we live in! It is always exciting to see the technologies that will change our lives:

It is fascinating to get a glimpse into the future and to the fantastic opportunities technology can bring to our lives, VR assisted medical devices, software that optimise materials and shapes to minimise material use and maximise strength.
However there were too many examples, especially from the large corporations, where every possible technology was applied to every device they make, and it leaves you asking the question – is this technology really a help or is it making the appliance and our lives more complicated?
I hope you enjoy what I found interesting…
