Objective

Brunswick Corporation asked ASTHEIMER to create a new design identity for Quicksilver boats.
The Quicksilver products looked dated and were losing market share.

Solution

In 8 months the new face of Quicksilver was revealed with 3 new products – the ACTIV 675 Open, the ACTIV 675 Sundeck and the ACTIV 555 open. This was accomplished in line with a new communication strategy and Branding. Since then ASTHEIMER has designed another 7 products for Quicksilver and continues to develop products for the Brand.

Result

An increase in sales and market share and an impressive array of awards:

Quicksilver ACTIV 675 Open – Winner of the “European
Powerboat of the Year” award 2011.

Quicksilver ACTIV 645 Cabin – Winner of the “Motorboat of the Year” award 2012.

“Versatile usage and easy convertibility to sun lounge and dining area”
“Beautiful styling”

Quicksilver ACTIV 705 Cruiser - Winner of the “Motorboat of the Year” award 2013.

The judging panel granted this award for:-
“The 705 Cruiser takes the popular sportfisher design and adds a lot more luxury and clever thinking.”
