If you’ve been keeping up with our latest announcements, you may have seen that we recently won Dezeen’s prestigious ‘Product of the Year’ award for our work on the Volta Zero.
The Volta Zero is the world’s first purpose-built full-electric 16-tonne commercial vehicle created specifically for city centre freight distribution, and is designed to be the safest commercial vehicle, protecting vulnerable road users.
We’ve now received the physical award from Dezeen, a great accolade for our designers and design engineers here at Astheimer Design, and for the vision and trust that the Volta founders and management have given us.
Working with sustainable start-ups like Volta is a big part of our ongoing plans and we’re excited to see how vehicles like this will shape the future of urban mobility and logistics.
